lunch-time lunch


Out all morning with the boss, so no snack, go directly to lunch: steamed veggies, takikomi rice with a sprinkle of walnuts and small fishes.
Yeah, nuts are not the best source of protein; too many calories per gram. That's why I have so few. Fridge is running low on protein options; need to restock fish sausage and boneless chicken breasts.
